Travis Scott as a curator. Cactus Jack signees Sheck Wes, Don Toliver, and DJ Chase B are alongside Quavo, Offset, Young Thug and more for this compilation project, with production from TM88, Mike Dean, and Wondagurl. A remix of Scott's chart topper "Highest In The Room" opens the record; one of the biggest hits of 2019, Lil Baby and the sultry, crooning Spanish sensation Rosalia breathe new life into the track. "Jackboys," a prelude to "Gang Gang," follows, and Toliver delivers a sing-rap verse on "Had Enough," with two-thirds of Migos rounding out the track. Next up is "Out West," with Young Thug outshining his frequent collaborator Scott, and closing out the project is perhaps the strongest track on the record, "Gatti." With the late Brooklyn rapper Pop Smoke's incredibly coarse voice (somewhere between Lloyd Banks, 50 Cent, and DMX?) leading it off and production from UK drill producers 808Melo and Axl, the menacing track captures the bubbling New York scene well, and it's a strong reminder of Travis Scott's curatorial expertise.
