Saul Williams: The Inevitable Rise And Liberation Of N**** Tardust (Indie Exclusive Colored Vinyl) Vinyl 2LP

Saul Williams: The Inevitable Rise And Liberation Of N**** Tardust (Indie Exclusive Colored Vinyl) Vinyl 2LP

I wasn't following Saul Williams in 2007, but the N*ggy Tardust album caught my attention because it was one of the first 'pay what you want' digital albums, a stunt only Radiohead were bold (or benevolent) enough to attempt at the time. But also because it was produced by Trent Reznor, lending a refreshing, dystopic new dimension to Saul's visceral spoken word poetry on the album. Fader did a limited vinyl run the following year, which quickly went out of print and is now fetching egregious second-hand prices, hence this reissue. Galaxy cat's eye colored vinyl, housed in full color gatefold jacket.

  • 1st vinyl pressing in 10 years
  • 'galaxy cat's eye' colored double vinyl pressing
  • indie exclusive
  • housed in gatefold sleeve
  • limited edition
  • original release year: 2007
  • music label: Fader Label 2023
