Live album from England's Spiritualized. Royal Albert Hall October 10 1997 was originally released in 1998 and was the last album recorded with the original Spiritualized lineup before frontman Jason Pierce fired nearly every member. They were joined by a horn section, string quartet and members of the London Community Gospel Choir for the show. Most of the material comes from their third album, Ladies And Gentlemen We Are Floating In Space, with a few songs from their previous albums, Lazer Guided Melodies and Pure Phase. They perform a version of the Spacemen 3 track "Walking With Jesus," as well. Includes the songs: "Electricity," "Come Together," "I Think I'm In Love," and "Broken Heart." Fifteen tracks in all. Released by Plain Recordings on 180 gram double vinyl.
