Turntable Lab offers a 30-day return policy for most items in new, unopened condition to ensure you are completely satisfied with your audio setup. Please note that certain items like phono cartridges, headphones, and opened vinyl records are ineligible for return due to hygiene and copyright regulations.
Request an RMA
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories and manuals, and place them inside a sturdy shipping box.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label (if applicable) or your own trackable shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return to confirm it meets our quality standards, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
